I'm an autistic watercolour artist creating a little world of delightful Australian animals "Beverly Bilby and Friends" My little "friends" as I like to call them have been bouncing off the pages onto an array of sustainably crafted and sourced products. From archival prints, tote bags, handmade wheat bags, brass earrings, greeting cards and more! You'll find a story attached to each product telling you all about the little friend that's featured. This is because my dream is to write and publish my very own children's book. I share my little friends stories on all of my products so you can get to know each little friend and who knows you might just fall in love and connect with a delightful australian animal. i made sure to diversify my art so a little friend can accompany you out shopping on a tote bag or hanging out with you on some earrings! i can only imagine the adventures you both will go on ! or maybe they will cozy up with you at your home as an archival print or a wheat bag to soothe yourself.

My process of creating one of my little friends normally starts with a very rough sketch that i take my time tidying up , i look up references of anatomy to make sure i have them as true as they can be but also in a style that represent my brand. from there i transfer the sketch to watercolor paper and then spend about 3 weeks bringing my new friend to life and in that time i get to know who they are and what there name is. so when they are finish they can get to know you properly. With my products everything is ethically sourced and sustainably made this is very important to me as i don’t want to harm the environments in which my subject matter lives.
